After completing our award-winning training, you partner with clients across multiple industries over the telephone proactively pursuing new accounts while supporting existing ones. You respond to inbound calls promptly and develop tailored product solutions that resolve complex business needs. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

  • Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Consult with established and prospective clients over the phone to develop product solutions.
  • Cultivate opportunities for upselling, incremental sales and cross-selling to increase sales.
  • Respond to inbound call volume promptly in alignment with call handling metrics to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Qualify leads by submitting an ROI analysis.
  • Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts with multiple internal teams.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Sales experience working with clients.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Quick learner that can confidently provide product solutions and driven by daily, weekly and monthly goals; English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Positive, upbeat and collaborative team member; Dead-line driven with the ability to prioritize and organize projects.


Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of sales experience working with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Call center experience in a commission-based sales role.
