The Enterprise segment is our largest and fastest-growing source of ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue). As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be instrumental in scaling our presence within key accounts by driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and delivering sustained growth. You will strategically manage a portfolio of high-potential enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term contract opportunities. Success in this role hinges on your ability to build trusted relationships, champion Lansweeper solutions, and employ a consultative, solution-selling approach to uncover additional opportunities across organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Account management & retention

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts, extending beyond the traditional IT organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring Lansweeper becomes integral to their IT and Security strategies.
  • Develop Lansweeper "champions" within client organizations to foster loyalty and identify new opportunities.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by consistently demonstrating the value of Lansweeper's solutions.


Growth through solution selling

  • Execute selling motions including upselling assets, increasing product adoption, cross-selling complementary solutions, negotiating price adjustments, and securing new contracts.
  • Leverage a solution-selling approach to uncover customer challenges and demonstrate how Lansweeper delivers measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with customer needs and strategically drive revenue growth


Strategic Selling and Value Delivery

  • Leverage a consultative, value-driven approach to uncover customer pain points and align solutions to business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings and pricing with customer needs, driving upsell and price increase opportunities strategically.
  • Apply expertise in the SPICED sales framework to uncover needs and deliver compelling value propositions.


Operational Excellence

  • Forecast sales opportunities accurately by understanding customer objectives and aligning strategies accordingly.
  • Navigate legal, procurement, and security processes typical of global enterprises, streamlining decision-making and mitigating roadblocks.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Channel Managers) to create targeted strategies, campaigns, and incentives to drive growth and lead generation.


Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in global account management, particularly in the IT or security industry.
Sales Expertise: Proficient in solution-based selling, with the ability to identify and address client challenges effectively.
Relationship Building: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across multiple organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering value-driven proposals.
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and monitor key performance indicators.
Adaptability : Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a proven track record of quickly acquiring new skills.
SaaS Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with software sales and experience working in a global organization.
