About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager - Buying Groups to own CoVet's relationships with veterinary buying groups, co-ops and practice management networks. These groups give CoVet access to thousands of independent veterinarians through a single agreement. The work is turning that access into members who subscribe to and  use CoVet.

Today we partner with groups across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Europe, with more on the way. You would be the owner of the success of CoVet within these groups, setting the strategy for each group and making sure members are reached, onboarded and supported.

This role suits someone who enjoys strategy, building and maintaining relationships, coordinating across teams, and turning a signed agreement into steady member growth.

What You'll Do

Group strategy and relationships

  • Own signed buying and management groups from signature through adoption and renewal
  • Build and run a plan for each group, with clear targets for member adoption
  • Serve as the main point of contact for group leadership and keep the relationship healthy through regular contact, reporting, QBRs

Member rollout and adoption

  • Work with the Enterprise team,  Sales managers, AEs and VCRs to agree who covers which groups and how member sales are tracked in HubSpot
  • Plan member campaigns with Marketing, including webinars, launches and outreach
  • Monitor adoption by group and step in early when results stall
  • Seek out and participate in group events to drive further adoption

Reporting and commercial terms

  • Deliver a monthly report to the groups and to CoVet leadership
  • Manage rebates and revenue share alongside Finance
  • Surface expansion and new group opportunities

New groups and playbooks

  • Support Business Development when selling and signing new groups, including pitch support, group terms and launch plans
  • Turn what has worked, and what hasn't, into one repeatable playbook for new groups
  • Map buying group opportunities across regions

What You'll Bring

  • Three or more years in account management, partnerships, channel sales or customer success, ideally with groups, distributors or networks, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience managing several senior relationships at once and holding partners to a shared plan
  • Comfort with numbers, including tracking adoption, building simple reports and reconciling rebates
  • Clear, confident communication with group leaders, veterinarians and internal teams
  • Strong organization and follow-through across many groups and regions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Enterprise, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Finance
  • Willingness to work across varied North American and European hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the veterinary industry, especially with buying groups or independent practices
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Proficiency in French, German, or Dutch is an asset but is not required.

Why Join Us

  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible, remote-first work culture with emphasis on autonomy and results
  • Be part of shaping the future of a growing, mission-driven company with real-world impact in veterinary care
  • Inclusive and supportive team culture committed to equity and opportunity

CoVet is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming workplace where everyone can do their best work. If you require accommodations at any stage of the recruitment process, please let us know. We're happy to work with you to ensure an accessible and positive candidate experience.
