We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own our existing customer relationships across the East Coast and Canada, with a primary focus on renewals, retention, and long-term account growth.

This is a highly strategic, customer-facing role where you'll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product to maximize customer value, ensure successful renewals, and identify expansion opportunities. You'll become a trusted advisor to some of our largest enterprise customers, helping them realize the full value of OX Security while driving long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers across North America, serving as the primary commercial point of contact.
  • Drive the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring timely, predictable, and successful renewals.
  • Build trusted executive relationships and understand each customer's business goals and security initiatives.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Customer Success and Sales Engineering.
  • Develop account strategies that drive customer retention, growth, and long-term success.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and account activity in Salesforce while consistently achieving renewal and expansion targets.
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, or Enterprise Sales within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise customers and consistently achieving renewal and expansion targets.
  • Experience leading commercial conversations with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS subscription models, renewals, and account growth strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure software is a strong advantage.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
