As the first Enterprise Account Executive for DACH, you will lead 360Learning’s expansion into one of Europe’s most strategic markets. Joining a team of 9 Enterprise AEs across France and the UK, you will bring our proven enterprise sales motion to DACH and build the foundations for long-term growth.
You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll join an established German commercial organization serving the Mid-Market segment, giving you access to local expertise, customer references, brand recognition, and a strong partner ecosystem, including our strategic alliance with SAP SuccessFactors.
Your mission will be to win new enterprise customers (10,000+ employees), build a high-quality pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with some of Germany’s largest organizations. Combining strategic territory development with hands-on execution, you will play a key role in establishing 360Learning as a trusted Learning & Development partner across the DACH region.
While this is a highly entrepreneurial role, you will be supported by dedicated Solution Engineers, Alliances, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing teams, and the broader German commercial organization.
Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales EMEA, you can work remotely from anywhere in Germany while helping shape the future of 360Learning’s Enterprise business in DACH.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Learn to navigate Convexity, our working environment

- Learn our sales processes, tools and frameworks
- Discover your territory
Within 3 months, you will:
- Successfully tier your portfolio and start working on strategic accounts
- Apprehend the partner ecosystem
- Demonstrate a high level of leadership by being diligent, thorough, and making a positive impact during every sales engagement
- Start creating a pipeline to ensure success
Within 6 months, you will:
- Continuously encourage and develop discipline in your sales team with regard to updating the CRM timely and with high-quality information
- Collaborate with the Sales Solutioning to accelerate sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with partners
Within 12 months, you will:
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed set quotas
- Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance
The Skill Set:
- 8+ years of Sales experience in a B2B environment working with large accounts
- Previous experiences working in the SaaS industry
- Successful track record to achieve 500k + euros quotas
- Expertise in executing successful sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
- A growth mindset and a life-long learning attitude
- Fluent English & German skills are mandatory
