About the Role 

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with excellent leadership and communication abilities, passionate about mentoring and developing talented engineers to build world-class products that delight our customers. The Shared Revenue Services team is responsible for building reliable, high-performance, and scalable foundational services that are critical to all major revenue workflows within the Clari Platform. If you excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and are passionate about creating foundational services that support essential customer experiences, this role is for you. We have a significant opportunity ahead, and you will play a key role in leading the charge.


This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers and Technical Program Managers to shape the strategy, and roadmap of Shared Revenue Services as a true co-owner
  • Own the responsibility of making the product successful in a fast-paced environment with a deep focus on quality, performance, and architecture
  • Lead and mentor engineers of all levels and help them grow in their career
  • Collaborate & communicate across global product and engineering teams to plan, prioritize and execute the technical and architectural roadmap for the product
  • Continually improve engineering operations and processes through data-driven decision making

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven experience in building enterprise-grade services and solutions
  • 1+ year of experience as a Technical Lead, leading complex initiatives and driving business outcomes
  • 1+ year of experience in managing and growing engineering teams, ensuring timely product delivery to customers.
  • Expertise in managing production applications that require high availability, resilience, and low latency at scale, with experience handling production outages and implementing effective remediations
  • Strong communication skills, able to represent your team effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to support team members' growth, deliver constructive feedback, and manage conflicts
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the latest trends in enterprise cloud computing at scale, with hands-on experience using public cloud services like AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.

    The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $270,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
