What you'll do:

  • Lead, coach and grow a specialized team of iOS engineers.
  • Set the team’s technical vision and roadmap in partnership with Client Platforms and cross-functional product teams.
  • Drive platform modernization that helps product teams adopt modern client architectures and build high-quality experiences.

  • Experience partnering with Senior and Staff engineers to build high-impact roadmaps; aligning priorities across teams; and driving delivery through ambiguity and competing stakeholder needs.
  • Experience building platform capabilities that improve product-engineering productivity and effectiveness, while improving engineering quality, client reliability, platform health, and developer velocity.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment across engineering and product partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflows, with a strong practice of validating AI-assisted work and maintaining ownership of final outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.
