Employee Experience Lead

Alphawave Semi is seeking an innovative and people-focused Employee Experience Lead to design and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Leveraging change management, project management, and Lean Six Sigma principles, the Employee Experience Lead will drive initiatives that improve the overall employee journey and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Experience Enhancement:

  • Lead the development and execution of initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and teams to map and optimize the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, recognition, and offboarding.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from employee surveys, focus groups, and other channels to identify opportunities for improvement.

Change Management:

  • Design and implement change management strategies that support employees through organizational changes and foster a positive experience.
  • Communicate change impacts effectively, addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of adaptability and resilience.
  • Develop training and resources to help employees navigate change successfully.

Project Management:

  • Manage employee experience-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Use data-driven approaches to track project progress and measure outcomes.

Process and Quality Improvement:

  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and eliminate barriers within employee-related processes.
  • Standardize workflows and establish quality benchmarks for HR and operational practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a champion for employee engagement, fostering open communication between employees, leaders, and HR.
  • Create and deliver compelling messaging and materials that resonate with employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to promote a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or Lean methodologies is preferred.
  • Proven experience in change management, employee engagement, or similar roles.
  • Strong project management skills; PMP or related certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve employee experiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in HR technology platforms and tools (e.g., Workday).
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
