  • Develop and maintain an internal editorial calendar to ensure clear, consistent messaging across teams.
  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and amplify executive voices through strategic thought leadership and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional communications for key business areas like Marketing, People & Culture, and corporate initiatives.
  • Craft engaging, clear, and casual communications that connect with employees-ensuring the right tone for every audience.
  • Advise on crisis and change communications, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Own and amplify our company rally cry, ensuring it is consistently reinforced through internal communications, executive messaging, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Leverage PR and storytelling expertise to enhance corporate messaging and brand positioning (PR experience is an asset).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, PR, or related fields.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling, conversational messages.
  • A strategic mindset, with a passion for execution and attention to the smallest details.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels-especially with senior leaders.
  • Experience managing town halls, newsletters, and executive communications.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with teams across the organization.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • A comprehensive extended benefits package including health, dental and vision for you and your family, with company paid offerings.
  • A great team environment and resources, supporting you to do the best work of your life and providing unlimited career growth potential.
  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Annual recurring WFH allowance for you to purchase items you need for your home office.
  • Ongoing support for learning development so you can master your craft.
