At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Fulfillment Team play an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for an Embroidery Team Lead to join us and oversee the performance of our teams. In this role, you’ll lead team members to ensure they’re working efficiently, meeting Printful’s quality standards, and have the tools they need for success. 

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Leading by example through prioritizing quality, working with a sense of urgency, and meeting your individual performance goals to contribute to overall team success

  • Holding individual and team meetings to discuss daily goals and agree on ways to achieve them

  • Promoting positive morale and attitude in the workplace and ensuring a safe and functional work environment for your team

  • Providing daily reports to management about your team’s accomplishments and challenges and suggestions on ways to improve 

  • Keeping track of inventory amounts, overseeing equipment maintenance and repairs, and facilitating a smooth and organized production flow so your team performs well and meets goals

  • Ensuring the safety of your team by enforcing standard operating procedures (SOP) and suggesting updates as needed

  • Completing end-of-shift checks to oversee that your team leaves their workstations in top condition for the next shift

  • Stepping in when needed to fill production gaps, filling in for the Shift Lead when necessary, and performing other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent 

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience

Having the following will be an advantage:

  • Technical post-secondary studies diploma or Bachelor’s degree 

  • 3–5+ years experience in the printing industry or in a warehouse setting

In this role, we’ll expect you to:

  • Have a results-driven, solutions-oriented approach to your work

  • Prioritize quality in all your tasks  

  • Be accurate, detail-oriented, and focused

  • Be punctual, reliable, and accountable

  • Be good at working with your hands

  • Learn quickly and work with a sense of urgency

  • Have the physical ability to lift 50 lb.

  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
