Blueprint is looking for an Email Producer who will work within HubSpot Marketing Suite to create, edit, schedule and launch emails and supporting CRM assets, such as SMS, landing pages, pop-ups, forms and workflows. This role also ensures that all email-related processes function smoothly from creation to launch to drive increased revenue attribution from the email channel.
What You'll Do
- Lead email marketing initiatives and strategies in partnership with product marketing
- Design and lead email optimization efforts through AB testing and email analysis
- Design email layouts and ensure they are optimized across all desktop and mobile devices, as well as multiple email clients
- Lead and participate in Quality Assurance efforts across the entire email process, including proofreading, checking links, and validating targeting criteria and creative intent
- Build and maintain email templates, landing pages, pop-ups, SMS messages, forms and workflows
- Support the development and analysis of tests to improve key email metrics (opens, clicks, sales attribution, etc.) across campaigns
- Contribute to on-call support for critically important email functions during off hours, weekends, and holidays, including coverage for other team members, as needed
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years experience working in email or web-based production
- Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM platform (Salesforce, Marketo, Mautic/Acquia, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.) to create and send emails
- Strong understanding of email design and best practices
- Familiarity with list development and building workflows within a CRM platform
- Able to design and build email templates
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and how it applies to email, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across email clients and platforms
- Desire to work within a collaborative team, through task delegation, design, and development, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Detail-oriented and strive for 100% quality execution
- Excellent communication, organization, editing, and management skills
- Technologically savvy and have a strong drive to automate and improve processes, using the latest CRM technologies
- Bonus: Experience with HubDB, HubL and/or SMS.
