eLearning Designer – 4 months Internship/Coop (Summer 2026)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for an eLearning Designer intern for our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
- Transform existing documentation outlining accessibility practices into eLearning content for various product development roles
- Work closely with accessibility experts to help define our training strategy and learning objectives for specific courses/programs
- Influence how supporting documentation is built for effective communication/ learning
- Where possible, create templates or processes for future course development
- Help maintain a learning content backlog and inventory
What you bring to the table:
- Experience and/or knowledge of how to build effective eLearning content
- Knowledge of how to build eLearning courses in an accessible way
- Ability to work collaboratively in an open and iterative environment
- Comfort working mostly independently, seeking input from experts where needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Asset: Experience building eLearning courses for product development roles including designers and developers
- Asset: Experience and/or passion for digital accessibility
- Asset: Visual design skills
- Asset: Experience building learning content in Articulate 360
- Asset: Experience with simple video editing, and navigating Figma files
- If based in Montreal, bilingualism (French and English) is necessary to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
