You will work with functional leadership to develop capabilities and support the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in a function and to conduct assessment interventions to identify gaps and build and implement training programs.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Create and manage content for existing programs and develop new content for new capabilities
  • Manage the relationship with external partners
  • Implement and deliver a learning agenda to ensure compliance to the training strategy
  • Create and deliver functional communications and engagement activities
  • Support human resources in succession planning
  • Manage the reward and recognition program
  • Manage the coaching program
  • Manage the team database and keep it updated
  • Track turnover

  • Advanced knowledge of database management/data mining/big data (SQL, Access etc.)
  • FMCG/CPG experience including commercial business and customer execution experience
  • Direct training experience
  • Capability management experience

What you need to know about this position:

  • Education & Training Pillar: Lead a group of cross-functional team to drive continuous improvement and reduce losses due to lack in skills/training
  • Develop and administrate the Skill Matrix across the Manufacturing organization
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the education and training processes
  • Understanding of the Total Productive Maintenance methodology (TPM)
  • Skills Needs Analysis: Collaborate with the Workforce Analytics and Insights CoE to understand the skills that will be required in order to have an optimum workforce and to understand the impact of the current capability strategies
  • Training Need Analysis and Annual Training Plan: Lead, plan, coordinate and govern the site training need analysis and the plan with different functions to ensure training needs are understood at all levels, planned and compliance is achieved at site level. This includes work with different areas to understand their training needs and create a detailed annual training plan.
  • Develop frameworks and programs in support of prioritizing and building core capabilities to drive business performance.
  • Work with key partners to implement and manage the Onboarding Program.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Engineering is required.
  • Additional professional certifications in industrial education & training would be an asset


Job specific requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Education and Training
  • Experience in Operational Excellence
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Access, Advanced Excel / Macro), SAP, BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI), Power Apps (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic about new Technologies, Industry 4.0
  • Ability to work on multi-functional teams
  • Flexibility to work independently
  • Fluent in English


Work schedule:

  • Regular working hours Monday through Friday with flexibility to go off shift when required.
