About the team and the role:

This role is part of the Global eBay Seller CRM Programs team 

We are in search of a Seller CRM Campaign Manager to manage the flawless execution of seller specific campaigns across multiple channels. This person will infuse marketing principles to drive great customer outcomes, work cross-functionally to launch and track campaigns, and identify continuous areas of improvement for customer experience, business results, and operational perfection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across eBay’s owned channels 
  • Implement marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams; work closely with various teams to ensure campaign tactics, messaging, and creative assets prioritise the customer experience and are delivered on schedule. 
  • Communicate campaign progress; regularly update key stakeholders on campaign progress, performance, and results, providing clear and actionable insights
  • End to end campaign management of email, push notification and onsite marketing campaigns from creative briefing to execution 
  • Ensuring all marketing activity is effectively targeted, delivered and evaluated
  • Reporting in channel performance and provide actionable insights for ongoing campaign optimisation
  • Proactively seek ways to optimise campaign processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Coordinating campaign reports and sharing learnings to improve future campaigns
  • Champion eBay, the customer and their needs
  • Brief and manage creative asset creation with the agency Creative Team while consulting ebay team leads

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrate an understanding of data-driven direct marketing strategies, showcasing knowledge in areas such as email campaigns, customer segmentation, and onsite marketing.
  • Experience managing and leading the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns
  • Ability to write detailed and succinct creative briefs for a range of digital projects 
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to build internal relationships quickly and be seen as a safe pair of hands 
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, keeping relevant stakeholders informed 
  • Demonstrate flexibility and agile way of working as marketing plans and priorities evolve
  • Organised, with an ability to work quickly and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met 
  • Self-starter with plenty of initiative and drive - approaching projects with creativity and innovation 
  • Invested in results and demonstration of a can-do attitude
  • Customer first attitude, thinking not only on the specific communication you are creating, but also on the full End to End journey
  • Good eyes for details and creatives
