About the role

The eCommerce Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the planning and execution of strategic digital marketing programs and campaigns. Responsibilities include forecasting and pressure testing plans to deliver against traffic and revenue targets across Affiliates, Paid Media, and Owned media channels. Specifically, leading the Affiliate strategy and partner negotiations, and collaborating closely with internal eCommerce and Marketing teams (Media, Owner Retention, PR/Advocacy, SEO/GEO) to develop engaging campaigns and media plans that maximise new product launch and promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with Senior eCommerce Manager to achieve traffic and online sales targets for www.DysonCanada.ca. Ensure all sales and marketing initiatives drive top line revenue, optimize return-on-investment and achieve other key performance indicators.

  • Plan & coordinate a 360 Ecommerce marketing calendar including all traffic and conversion driving initiatives for the Direct to consumer channel.

  • Partner with Marketing/Media teams to brief and evaluate media plans to ensure they align back to planned eCommerce targets. Proactively forecast delivery, identify risks, opportunity areas and build business cases to support positive ROI media sufficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between eCommerce marketing initiatives and brand messaging and visuals (i.e. ensuring Direct RTB is prominently featured throughout)

  • Collaborate with the Owner Retention team to develop monthly email marketing calendar to support Direct targets. 

  • Monitor and analyze performance of organic search channels (SEO/GEO) to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with eCommerce merchandising teams to implement optimizations.

  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and other KPIs, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation. Assist in analysing and documenting campaign effectiveness.

  • Full management of Affiliates network from partner reach out to offer completion and revenue delivery.

  • Budget management for all eCommerce activity.

About you
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in eCommerce with Performance media experience

  • Experience Managing Affiliate partners

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in a global matrix structure with a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Confident presenting strategy clearly and jargon-free to help drive meaningful enhancements

  • Strong analytics skills versed with Google Analytics. Proven experience in analyzing performance data and translating into actionable insights.

  • A positive approach to problem solving, collaboration and influencing others
