The Role:

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify website. This role is critical to ensuring our online store is accurate, optimized, and continuously improving—from product launches and promotions to site experience and performance monitoring.
 
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to execute campaigns, maintain site health, and drive conversion and revenue growth.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Website & Shopify Management
  • Own daily management of the Shopify storefront (products, collections, navigation, content)
  • Build, schedule, and QA product launches, seasonal content, and promotions
  • Manage homepage and collection page updates (banners, messaging, merchandising)
  • Maintain site accuracy (pricing, inventory visibility, product details, imagery)
  • Coordinate theme updates, app changes, and minor front-end improvements

  • Merchandising & Conversion Optimization
  • Merchandise collections based on seasonality, performance, and inventory levels
  • Optimize product detail pages (PDPs) for conversion
  • Assist with identifying CRO opportunities & implementing strategies
  • Ensure mobile experience is optimized and consistent
  • Identify trends & develop recommendations for action points and optimizations

  • Promotions & Campaigns Coordination
  • Execute site-side requirements for marketing campaigns
  • Set up and test discount codes and site promotions
  • Coordinate with Marketing & Creative teams to ensure asset consistency & link optimization

  • Site Health & Operations
  • Monitor site performance and bugs
  • Ensure site speed and SEO best practices
  • Support customer service with site-related issues
  • Maintain documentation for processes

Experience, Education & Designations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience (Shopify required)
  • Experience with apparel or fashion brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

  • Experience with CRO & A/B testing tools
  • Experience with GA4, Shopify Analytics and/or other customer behaviour & analytics tools
  • Basic HTML/CSS/Liquid knowledge an asset
  • Basic understanding of the fundamentals of SEO

Our Compensation Philosophy

The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, and demonstrated capabilities, as well as internal equity and total rewards considerations.
