Position Overview:
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Sewing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in helping to produce Canada Goose outerwear to the high quality standards for which Canada Goose is known around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing the required quantities of feathers in each coat piece.
Key responsibilities:
- Supplying different parts of the coat including feather insertion.
Experience, education and designations:
- 0-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Experience on specialized machines is a definite asset.
Knowledge, skills and attributes:
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Product inspection and quality assessment.
- Arm-hand stability (ability to keep hand and arm stable)
- Manual dexterity (ability to quickly perform coordinated movements with one or both hands to manipulate fabric).
- Order accuracy (ability to perform tasks quickly and repeatedly).
- Consistently demonstrate Canada Goose values, taking pride in being innovative, respectful, passionate, responsible, and entrepreneurial, while demonstrating personal commitment.

Objectif du poste :
Relevant du superviseur de la couture, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en aidant à produire les vêtements d'extérieur Canada Goose selon les normes de qualité élevées pour lesquelles Canada Goose est reconnue dans le monde entier. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d’approvisionner les quantités requises de plumes dans chaque morceau de manteau.
Responsabilités clés :
- Approvisionnement de différentes parties du manteau incluant l’insertion de plumes.
Expérience, éducation et désignations :
- 0-3 ans d'expérience dans un milieu manufacturier, de préférence dans l'industrie de la fabrication de vêtements
- L'expérience sur des machines spécialisées est un atout certain.
Connaissances, compétences et attributs :
- Doit être capable de travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent rapidement.
- Inspection et évaluation de la qualité des produits.
- Stabilité bras-main (capacité à garder la main et le bras stables)
- Dextérité manuelle (capacité à effectuer rapidement des mouvements coordonnés avec une ou deux mains pour manipuler le tissu).
- Précision des commandes (capacité à effectuer rapidement et de façon répétée les tâches demandées)
- Démontrer constamment les valeurs de Canada Goose, en étant fier d'être innovateur, respectueux, passionné, responsable et entrepreneur, tout en faisant preuve d'un engagement personnel.

Hourly Range:
