- Responsible for treasury in a specific Holman market outside of the US, reporting into US Treasury with indirect reporting lines to local leadership (i.e. UK, Germany, Mexico)
- Ownership of the local daily cash/debt decision and related communication with lenders
- Oversight of the local cash/liquidity forecasting and modeling process
- Responsible for the structuring, negotiation and execution of local funding facilities
- Oversight of local financial risk management: interest rate, currency
- Ownership of local treasury compliance and audit
- Responsible for local data management and analytics
- Ownership and management of all local bank accounts, bank account administration, etc.
- Relationship development and management with both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- 8+ years’ experience, including 5+ at a leadership level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge and experience within own function (Treasury) and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines
- Banking, finance, legal or rating agency experience in secured lending or structured finance
- Project work in a collaborative team environment
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $178,340.00 - $276,425.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
