The Director of Strategic Enablement is responsible for the oversight of the wing-to-wing financial reporting for the Acceleration Office and the broader Project Management Office, the planning process for CAPEX and project/initiative related OPEX, ensuring we have robust business cases, spend is in line with approvals, and benefits are tracked and delivered. In addition to this, they will play a key leadership role in the Acceleration Office, play a lead role in project operating rhythms to help identify challenges and risks and remove roadblocks, and drive accountability across the project working groups.
This role is a key enabler of our execution against our Acceleration 2029 strategy and will partner with the Exec Lead & VP Acceleration Office, Business Leads and Project Managers to drive strong execution across the initiatives that underpin our aspiration to achieve 2x revenue by 2029.
In this role, you will:
- In collaboration with the Executive Lead and VP – Director, Strategic Enablement for Acceleration Office, build out and execute on a continuous improvement initiative to assist with execution, communication, change management, operational readiness, commercial enablement, or any other matters that enhance our execution capabilities and enhance ability to realize Acceleration 2029 aspirations.
- Establish data feeds to automate the reporting on KPIs/Metrics/Milestones; Ensure completion of KPIs across strategic objectives weekly/monthly, escalating any exceptions.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly and quarterly financial reports to HQ.
- Ownership of the annual planning process for CAPEX/Project related OPEX, Project/initiative benefits, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Work with the Project Teams to drive execution, remove roadblocks, and escalate any material issues that are impeding progress.
- Work with business leads and PMs to build business cases to support project prioritization, and partner with them through gating and approval processes.
- Identify and streamline business processes to improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies with the planning and reporting process.
- Mentor and develop team to build a high-performing enablement function.
- Sit in Project SteerCo’s and Project status meetings as the senior AO representative, escalate any issues that can’t be resolved
- Some travel requirements within US/CA./MX.
Qualifications:
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Strategy or related discipline
- CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification
- Lean Six Sigma/Black Belt, preferred
- 10+ years financial experience and post CA/CPA qualification experience
- Financial management experience and proven ability to analyze and interpret financial results
- Leadership experience with a team-based approach (direct or indirect)
- Track record in developing and implementing new ideas and continuous improvement programs in a fast-paced environment
- Change management experience
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Solid knowledge and expertise in asset-based lending, and flow type businesses
- Sound risk analysis and financial analysis knowledge
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with specific market knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with CRM, LMS, enablement technologies

The hiring base salary range for this position is $124,600 - $171,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
