What you will do
As the Senior Solutions Engineer for the EMEA and APAC regions, you will position Lighthouse's expanding portfolio of solutions with hotel partners by combining strong sales practices, technical expertise and problem solving. You will work closely with Sales, Service, Product and Engineering teams to scope requirements and deliver tailored solutions for management companies and regional and global hotel chains in EMEA and APAC. You will provide technical assurance, ROI clarity and support to help accelerate adoption and value realisation.

Attend meetings with potential clients to gather technical and business requirements prior to building a solution.
Provide solutions in a professional manner within agreed timelines.
Create and deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
Deliver training on solutions and offer product support to customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Write Statements of Work for customized product development.
Liaise with implementation, support and success teams to ensure solutions are deliverable and timing is achievable.
Work with Product Management to share feedback on current products and provide input for new products.
Build productive internal and external relationships and keep colleagues updated.
Understand customer business drivers and risks and map our solutions to their needs.
Sell technical solutions with confidence and professionalism.
Provide accurate and timely activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts and KPIs.
Demonstrate core products and services including BI, Custom Reporting, Rate Insight, Benchmark, Market Insight, THN and DaaS.
Build custom dashboards in Google Looker for Salesforce data and Custom Reporting.
Lead RFP and RFI responses.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Who you are?
Functional understanding of hospitality commercial functions including revenue management, sales, distribution and data analytics.
Functional understanding of hospitality technology such as RMS, PMS, CRS and distribution methods.
Proven experience in solution development.
Experience managing RFP and RFI responses.
Strong project management skills including resource and time planning.
Understanding of integration methodology, data transfer, solution architecture, implementation and data visualization.
Understanding of SaaS and DaaS delivery models.
Strong communication skills able to outline deal scope, impact and business outcomes clearly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands on, proactive and able to get things done.
