We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Director (Head of Revenue) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the healthcare staffing industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in healthcare staffing market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leading and building successful sales teams (with at least ten years of experience in sales leadership roles)
- Proven track record of developing a book of business from scratch, including sales cycle creation
- Extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally at a Salesforce consulting partner, with a deep understanding of Salesforce products, solutions, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
