We’re looking for a seasoned Sales leader to drive our upmarket growth. This role is ideal for a passionate, belief-driven sales leader who thrives in complex sales environments, knows how to scale teams, and is excited to build culture while closing meaningful, high-impact deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to consistently exceed revenue goals
  • Guide the team through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Own pipeline strategy, forecast accuracy, and revenue predictability across the team
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to support retention, expansion, and long-term customer value
  • Hire, onboard, and retain top-performing sales talent while fostering a high-performing, inclusive team culture
  • Act as a culture carrier by modeling ownership, accountability, and passion for Yotpo’s mission and customers

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of people management experience in a first-line sales leadership role
  • Proven experience leading and developing SaaS sales teams in mid-market or upmarket environments
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, MarTech, and digital marketing ecosystems
  • Ability to navigate complex, consultative sales motions with multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong command of forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization
