  • Should have the reach and influence to grow Emumba’s footprint within Microsoft and unlock new enterprise opportunities.
  • Proven success selling technology services, cloud, consulting, or digital engineering solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new business while expanding strategic accounts and partnerships.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, forecasting, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience mentoring or leading sales teams is a strong plus.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in building relationships and closing business.
What Success Looks Like
  • Building a strong and repeatable AWS partner-led revenue motion.
  • Growing and deepening Emumba’s Microsoft business.
  • Opening new enterprise accounts, channels, and strategic partnerships.
  • Building a qualified pipeline that supports sustained revenue growth.
  • Helping establish a scalable sales organization and strengthening the SMB motion.
