Job Description

This position is a member of our Canada Region team. Candidates must live in GTA and be willing to go on-site routinely to be considered.

Job Overview:

This role will serve as the strategic advisor and business partner to regional leadership to align technology strategy with business growth and operational goals. And will drive innovation and optimize technology solutions by collaborating closely with other regions and shared technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Technology Leadership:
    • Lead a regional business technology ecosystem of multidisciplinary teams and mission-based reporting relationships.
    • Primary liaison intersecting technology and the regional business, advancing CLEAResult technology through informed solutions to deliver customer focused missions in alignment with overall corporate technology vision and strategy.
    • Provide thought leadership a key member of the regional leadership team through active listening and consistent interactions, contributing to the development of business strategies that leverage technology as a key enabler of growth and efficiency.
    • Create communication channels that enable agility and organic interactions where every team member is accountable to delivering business results.
    • P&L responsibility for technology spending and budgets for the region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with regional financial objectives.
  • Collaboration with Corporate Technology Teams:
    • Drive innovation by identifying new technologies, trends, and partnerships that can deliver competitive advantages to the business unit.
    • Champion the adoption of common platforms in support of regional business goals and priorities.
    • Collaborate with product and platform teams to explore new technology-driven opportunities for enhancing service offerings, improving operational efficiency, and increasing client satisfaction.
    • Ensure that all technology initiatives within the business unit comply with corporate governance policies, including security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Excellence & Performance:
    • Oversee the delivery of technology solutions and client implementations, ensuring they meet the regions’ operational and service delivery goals.
    • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of technology initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the region.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead and mentor technology managers and teams within the region ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the technology team.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, with a proven track record of success in business unit technology leadership roles.
    • Change Transformation demonstrated in startups or strategic transformational initiatives.
    • Proven experience in consulting and relationship management client facing leadership roles.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
    • Skilled at conflict negotiation and achieving alignment.
    • Build rapport and credibility as a strategic partner.
    • Exude energy, focus, humility, assertiveness and diplomacy.
    • Business relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High level of business and financial acumen
  • Strong understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.

Compensation Range

$134,742.00 - $224,604.00
