About the Role
Endeavour Solutions is looking for a Director, PMO to lead our project management function across our Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM practices (Business Central, CE, Sylogist, F&SC and related lines). You’ll own the project management framework, tools, and portfolio visibility, and lead a team of PMs who work day-to-day with our practice teams to deliver complex projects for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Project Managers are functionally embedded in their practices with solid-line reporting into the PMO. Practice leads remain accountable for domain solution and delivery outcomes; you ensure projects are run in a consistent, disciplined way.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of ERP/CRM Project Managers:
- Hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Own the “Endeavour way” of running projects:
- Define and maintain the core lifecycle stages and gate checks.
- Standard status reporting, RAG criteria, RAID logs.
- Common tooling (DevOps/Planner/Project, SmartSheet, Teams/SharePoint structure).
- Maintain a single consolidated project portfolio across BC, F&SC, CE, Sylogist
- Provide regular dashboards and executive reporting on status, risk, and budget.
- Facilitate portfolio review sessions with the VP Professional Services, COO, and practice leads.
- Raise PM performance and consistency:
- Monitor adherence to standards and drive continuous improvement in planning, communication, risk and change management.
- Help prevent and manage escalations:
- Define escalation criteria and paths.
- Work with practice leads, Support & Client Assurance, and Sales to address at-risk projects early.
- Act as a “player-coach” on a small number of high-impact projects where executive-level PM sponsorship is required.
You Bring
- 10+ years of project management experience in ERP/CRM or complex business systems implementations.
- 5+ years leading project managers or running a PMO / portfolio function.
- Strong understanding of ERP and/or CRM delivery (scope/change control, budget management, stakeholder management).
- Experience working with multiple practices/lines of business and senior stakeholders.
- Comfort with metrics, dashboards, and driving accountability through standards and coaching.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC, F&SC, CE) and Microsoft project/collaboration tools (DevOps, Planner, Project, Teams, SharePoint) is a strong asset.
- PM certifications; PMP is required. PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum are an advantage but not required if experience is strong.
