Level Access, a leading SaaS accessibility company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product to join our team. In this role, you will be leading a portfolio of products, mentoring and growing product managers, collaborating with specific teams to make sure products are on track and making decisions for your products set within the plan built by the Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive the growth and success of a product portfolio
  • Execute the product strategy from discovery to launch by working with a cross-functional team made up of Product Operations, Product designers, researchers, developers and other team members
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, set the right expectations and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
  • Work with product leadership to align processes from early exploration to market launch to achieve product success.
  • Lead a portfolio product roadmap and relentlessly prioritize and manage expectations
  • Collaborate with product operations to align go-to-market activities with product marketing and enablement teams to ensure products and features are strongly positioned, launched and supported
Qualifications
  • Strong background, shown experience, in product management and working in leading product teams.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or experience in Computer Science, Engineering, etc.
  • Shown leadership abilities, including hiring, mentoring and team management
  • Ability to lead under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple products simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an evidence-driven approach to decision-making
  • Shown experience leading complicated, technical products
