Job Description
Are you passionate about turning complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives? Do you excel at the crossroads of product, sales, and marketing? Hypersonix is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to drive our go-to-market strategy and showcase our innovative AI solutions to the retail industry. Join us and make a lasting impact!
Your Responsibilities

Drive Industry Insights

  • Deepen our understanding of the retail industry, including target audiences and customer needs.
  • Develop a clear point-of-view on customer pain points and business objectives, sharing insights with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing).

Enable Sales Success

  • Establish a robust sales enablement function at Hypersonix, crafting tools and strategies that boost sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Create impactful customer-facing collateral, such as first-call decks and one-pagers, while defining key messaging (use cases, value propositions, competitive positioning).

Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies

  • Define and execute GTM strategies for Hypersonix products, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Articulate positioning and packaging/pricing for new products.
  • Influence go-to-market strategies by providing customer and market insights to cross-functional teams.

Create Customer-Centric Tools

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account teams to develop and share compelling customer stories.
  • Develop, manage, and improve product demonstration assets (demo environments, scripts, videos) in partnership with the Product team.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen cross-functional partnerships for maximum scalability as Hypersonix’s offerings expand.

Accelerate Commercial Growth

  • Define and execute GTM strategies for new markets (geographies, verticals, segments).
  • Partner with data science and insights teams to uncover and act on opportunities that drive GTM efficiency.
  • Manage planning and execution of commercial initiatives, tracking performance to improve sales velocity and customer success.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of B2B SAAS product marketing experience — You have proven experience translating software product capabilities into differentiating storytelling and business value, ideally in the retail/e-commerce or customer experience space.
  • Strong understanding of the US market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape. Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing software products.
  • Strategic thinking with operational pragmatism — You are able to understand and contribute to the evolution of business/product strategy, while being pragmatic and passionate for operational challenge.
  • Robust analytical skills — You are used to analyzing data / facts, in order to turn it into sharable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, knowing how to transform complex insights into compelling & actionable stories.
  • Experience in building trusted and efficient relationships with Sales, Marketing and Product management teams to impact go-to-market practices.
  • Solid project management skills, knowing how to lead cross-functional work streams.
  • Growth mindset, someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risk.
