  • Strong ability to communicate strategic insights effectively to executive stakeholders, influencing product direction and marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to leverage AI-driven tools in daily operations, enhancing data analysis, optimizing campaigns, and driving strategic decision-making.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from market research and performance data.

  • Success in collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams, such as Content, Marketing, Product, Operations, and FP&A, to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to inform pricing strategies, promotional tactics, and market insights, with a focus on mitigating revenue-related risks.

Bonus points if you've got:

  • History of managing customer engagement and in-app promotions, showcasing a player-centric approach to marketing.
  • A creative and agile mindset, with a record of pioneering innovative monetization and marketing strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • In-depth technical expertise in data analytics, A/B testing methodologies, and emerging technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness.
