Job Overview:


As the Director of Product Management - Solutions you own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Enable’s rebate management solutions, from vision & strategy to roadmap and delivery. You align strategies with business goals, collaborating with teams to enhance the offering, improving value delivery and adoption, and deliver real business outcomes. You are an execution guru as you translate strategies into actionable plans, managing key metrics, and mentoring a product management team. A strong customer focused background, experience in B2B SaaS platform management, and a proven ability to drive business growth are essential.

What we are asking you to do!

  • Lead and manage the Solutions Product Management team, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic product vision, driving innovation and long-term product success in the B2B rebate management space.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy to execution, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that solve real customer problems.
  • Balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on involvement, guiding your team through day-to-day challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Foster strong partnerships with design, engineering, and product marketing, alongside Customer Success, & Revenue teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for the Solutions product team, continuously monitor performance, and iterate based on insights from data, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Champion customer-centricity by understanding customer pain points, gathering insights, and ensuring solutions are designed to meet their needs.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with product marketing to deliver successful product launches and clear messaging.

What are we asking you to bring!

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams of product managers.
  • Proven ability to strategically shape product vision while being willing to dive into the details when needed.
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver successful products.
  • Strong track record of leading and mentoring product managers, fostering a high-performance culture and aligning teams around clear goals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making, balancing customer insights with business objectives to drive product innovation and success.
  • Experience in B2B products, with B2C knowledge as a bonus.
  • Experience in the Financial Management sector, in Enterprise Resource Planning, and in Supply Chain Management a strong bonus.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.

To determine an Enablee's starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. This position may also be considered a promotional opportunity.


Salary/OTE is just one component of Enable’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as the option to purchase company shares, as appropriately approved by the Company’s Board of Directors in accordance with Enable’s Equity Purchase Plan.
