About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Director of Payor Success will lead Grow’s efforts to serve the needs of our payor partners broadly. This role is critical to ensuring we meet the expectations of our most valuable payor partners while fostering strong collaboration across the organization to achieve shared goals. Reporting to the Chief of Staff of Partnerships and working closely with our Chief Strategy Officer, this leader will manage a team of talented individuals and build a strong team culture while driving results. In this role, you'll:

  • Drive Strategic Partnerships with Payors: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing payor partners, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships, address deficiencies, and drive mutual growth.
  • Establish and Oversee VBC Agreements: Lead efforts to secure and implement value-based care contracts, working with cross-functional teams in Product and Operations to ensure Grow meets its VBC performance and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with key stakeholders in Product and Operations to resolve issues and execute on organizational goals.
  • Build and Lead a Team: Manage and develop a team of high-potential individuals, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, career growth, and accountability.

The salary range for this position is $151,200 - $210,000 USD.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have worked at a payor or provider in a strategic and operational role. Bonus if part of your responsibilities focused on external relationship management and strategy
  • You have experience leading and building high performing teams. Especially if they are net new capabilities for your organization
  • You enjoy and have a strong track record of solving complex and ambiguous problems that have a large impact on your company
  • You thrive in an environment that values collaboration over individual achievement
  • You can work from HQ in NYC (Soho) a few days a week
