Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic Product Development Director to lead new product initiatives with a focus on adtech integrations and strategic partnerships. This role blends deep product management expertise with the ability to manage external relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage strategic partnerships across the sales cycle-from initial engagement and co-creation to contracting, onboarding, and delivery.• Support and influence the end-to-end product lifecycle, with a focus on adtech-enabled solutions.• Drive customer discovery, market validation, and competitive analysis to inform product direction.• Develop compelling business cases, go-to-market strategies, and stakeholder materials.• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.• Act as connector to ensure commercial and technological success of our products by working with cross-functional teams.• Lead go-to-market planning, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategy.• Collaborate with engineering, design, CX&D, and data teams to prototype and iterate on new offerings.• Develop and execute product strategies that leverage Mastercard's assets and partner capabilities.• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Respond to what the business needs. Execute on urgent needs, be a sounding board for team members, serve as a connection point for incoming (and outgoing) team requests.• Report on team and product performance metrics by implementing governance structures.
Qualifications• 8+ years in product management • Adtech experience essential• Proven success in partnering with external organizations to co-develop and launch products.• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems• Strategic thinker with ability to quickly assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, focus on relevant facts, and execute a plan.• Experience managing sales cycles, partner onboarding, and product delivery in complex environments.• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
