Position Purpose:
Directs Infrastructure Leadership, assisting in the prioritization of projects, auditing project alignment with overall technical or business strategy, guiding resource allocation, and supporting the development of project or program execution plans.
Manages TechOps portfolios and supports overall strategy, investment funding, portfolio operations, and governance
Applies the concept of lean thinking to program and product and coaches stakeholders on these concepts to achieve objectives.

Directs the development, management and optimization of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies and disciplines

Builds partnerships, based on trust and transparency, within IT and the various business units

Facilitates the portfolio management processes to ensure strategic & operational alignment on technologies and goals

Develops and executes a portfolio change control, risk management and communications strategy

Create, maintain, and report progress on Operational metrics for resources, budgets, and project/portfolio health

Directs the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching

Shares knowledge and develop staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices

Leads the development portfolio strategy and analysis deliverables and processes

Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results

Builds and manages technology roadmaps

Develops and monitors reporting metrics and portfolio dashboards to allow for repeatable and predictable project

Understands and contributes to decisions on portfolio issue resolution and risk mitigation

Identifies, incorporates and supports best practices

Builds consensus with portfolio managers and develops best practice strategies

Establish a team to assist financial team(s) and Infrastructure leadership with Operational budget, forecast and monitoring of actuals. Understanding variances, ensuring budget remains w/in targets

Establish a BTS HW/SW Governance Review board to review all HW/SW purchases and renewals are reviewed, discussed and decisioned by the Board members. Establish required documentation, meeting cadence, report-out measurements to gauge effectiveness and efficiencies

Education/Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Master's Degree preferred
Technical Skills:
- One or more of the following skills are desired.
- Experience with one or more of the following Other: ServiceNow, Excel, Power BI
- Experience with Data Analysis
- Knowledge of Other:
- IT Infrastructure & End User hardware/software assets.
- Proven financial experience with forecasting, tracking actuals and demonstrated experience managing Infrastructure Budget (labor, Hardware & Software).
- Previous knowledge of Archer and the Compliance and Risk Management mitigation and reporting

Pay Range: $157,600.00 - $290,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
