  • Certificate & Vulnerability Management – Oversee certificate administration, vulnerability assessments, and patching activities to maintain secure and reliable operations.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration – Foster a positive team culture, support and mentor team members, and collaborate closely with Technology Operations, Application Development, and Infrastructure partners.

Who You Are

  • You bring 10+ years of infrastructure and operational expertise. You have deep knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving software, application, and operational problems. Your experience in fast-paced, innovative environments has equipped you to help Infrastructure business partners adapt to a constantly changing technical landscape. You bring hands-on experience with IT Service Management tools and processes, and a strong understanding of the operational requirements for supporting critical commercial applications.

  • You’re a people leader. You demonstrate effective people management skills, supporting team development and creating an inclusive, collaborative environment.

  • You’re a strategic thinker. You can balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term strategic planning, contributing to the team’s direction and growth.
