As Director of Growth at Ada, you will own the strategy and execution of our demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline across both digital and offline channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for multi-channel campaign execution, event-led growth, marketing operations, and the underlying systems that power them. Your mandate is to generate measurable pipeline for the sales team by delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time - whether through paid search or an in-person experience.

This is a highly strategic and technical leadership role that blends creative experimentation with operational excellence. You will oversee a significant paid media budget, own the marketing technology stack, and collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, and Content to drive impact across the funnel.

About You
  • 8–10 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing roles, with proven success in scaling pipeline for high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Demonstrated ownership of $5M+ in external marketing spend across paid search, display, social, and event sponsorships.
  • Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), with knowledge of best practices in data structure, enrichment, and routing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing and optimizing multi-touch attribution models and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Snowflake).
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, website conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, economics, or a related field. Salesforce administrator certifications (SCA, SCAA) are a plus.
Outcomes
  • Lead the development and execution of Ada’s lead acquisition strategy across paid digital channels, SEO/organic growth, and field marketing/event programs.
  • Allocate and optimize a multimillion-dollar budget across campaigns that align with Ada’s business priorities, ICP, and sales targets.
  • Own offline pipeline creation strategy through sponsored and hosted events (e.g., industry conferences, regional roundtables, customer roadshows).
  • Define event success metrics and drive post-event lead capture, nurturing, and conversion programs in partnership with Revenue and SDR teams.
  • Oversee the marketing tech stack, ensuring integrations and data hygiene across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Looker, and others.
  • Build and iterate on lead scoring models, routing logic, and attribution models to improve conversion rates and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline impact through real-time dashboards, cohort tracking, and attribution reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement in traffic-to-lead conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and behavioral analytics.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of growth marketers and marketing operations professionals.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and high performance.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to align on go-to-market strategy, segmentation, and campaign execution.

The expected salary range for this position is $180,000 - $230,000 CAD. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
