Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Growth Marketing to join our team. In this foundational role, you will be the first marketing hire for a 40 person and growing startup changing the way real estate operates. In your role, you will be responsible for owning the overall marketing & brand of Cove and putting in place internal and external supports to do that.

The ideal candidate is not only passionate about marketing, but also possesses a deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.   • Marketing strategy: Deep understanding of digital marketing & the ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, social media, events, and SEO
    • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels.

    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

    • Create and optimize campaigns for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions.

    • Conduct A/B testing for marketing campaigns to optimize results and improve conversion rates.

    • Own conference and event strategy to ensure Cove’s brand is front and center at the industry’s largest and most impactful gatherings.

  • Experimentation: Prioritizing experimentation to test different digital approaches and build a data-driven growth culture

  • Collaboration: Working closely with Sales to ensure a direct connection to marketing and the voice of the customer & prospective customers. Further, working cross-functional with Product and Customer Success to establish growth strategies and ensure the product vision aligns with growth

  • Brand & Enablement: Helping define and push forward the overall brand, materials, and online presence

  • Project Management: Effectively coordinate with internal and third-party contracting resources to ensure timely delivery of projects

Who are you?

You have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and growth hacking techniques with a good understanding and eye for brand, content, and leveraging third party resources. You love the idea of a challenge to take a great Product and growing organization and help shape the role of Marketing.

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience within a SaaS organization, preferably in proptech
  • Prior startup experience a big plus
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Hubspot experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
