As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Director, Global Supply Chain Transformation will be pivotal in modernizing our supply chain planning capabilities across McCain Foods.
McCain Foods is seeking a strategic and influential leader as Director, Global Supply Chain Transformation to establish and lead a new function and help drive our implementation of best-in-class technology for supply chain planning and S&OP. In addition, this role will be the business leader supporting the planning integration of our SAP S/4HANA digital transformation program.
Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, the successful candidate will be responsible for building a new team, defining and implementing business planning strategies, and ensuring standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness in process execution. They will lead all phases of the program, including blueprinting, solution design, testing, training, and deployment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Decision Making: accountable for the delivery of an end-to-end solution, including design, implementation, documentation, and communication.• Blueprinting and Design: leads team of process and data managers through blueprinting workshops and solution design activities to maximize value for McCain's platform.• Standardization and Harmonization: works to standardize and harmonize the solution across all regions and business units to ensure alignment with the globally consistent process, reduce complexity, and increase efficiency.• Stakeholder Management: communicates with global and regional process owners and manages stakeholders from both the business and IT teams, ensuring alignment to the process, the solution, its benefits, and their role in its execution.• Risk Management: identifies and manages risks associated with the new solution, including compliance with regulations, managing operational risks, or addressing potential issues with process execution.• Change Management: plays a critical role in managing change as the organization improves its maturity in this space, ensuring that changes are implemented effectively, and that staff are trained and supported through the change.• Strategic Alignment: ensures that the solution aligns with and supports the organization's strategic objectives.• Thought Leader: connects with both internal and external subject matter experts to bring modern, best in class supply chain capabilities to McCain.
Required Experience and Knowledge:• A minimum of 10 years in business planning and transformation programs.• Experience in both global and regional roles within McCain Foods or similar environments.• Experience across multiple supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, detailed scheduling, materials planning, and deployment.• Experience in overseeing supply chain functional areas including planning.• Experience with deploying, running, or integrating with corporate ERP systems.• Practical knowledge of Organizational Change Management strategies and approaches. Personal Qualifications:• Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.• Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence.• In-depth industry knowledge within the context of food production and technology implementation.• Able to approach conflict resolution and negotiation with confidence and tact.• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.• Leadership capability in coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of growth and learning.• Champions and leads organizational change, ensuring that the strategic goals are met with high standards of business value and innovation.• Leverages influence, knowledge, and analytical prowess to make well-informed strategic decisions and to dynamically allocate resources.

Compensation Package : $146,200.00 - $195,000.00 CAD annually + bonus eligibility + Long Term Incentive eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
