We're the all-in-one agentic marketing platform. AI-native from day one. We're not joining a category, we're defining it.

We are looking for a Director of Finance who owns the finance function, leads the team, and makes clear calls. If you want real ownership, move fast, and raise the bar every week, keep reading. If you wait to be told what to do, this isn't the role.

This role is AGENTIC

You build your own AI agents and automations, and use them every day to do real finance work: run analysis, automate the close, reconcile accounts and build reports. Any tool works, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc. The key is that you built the agents and automations yourself. We’ll look at this closely in the assessment and interviews.

What you'll own
  • Build AI agents and automations that run our finance work, like the close, reconciliations and reporting, and teach the team to do the same.

  • Lead the finance team and own the function end to end.

  • Make clear ownership calls so every task has one accountable person.

  • Close the books every month across multiple entities: P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

  • Lead the move from cash to accrual accounting, including revenue recognition for subscriptions and refunds.

  • Keep Stripe and QuickBooks in sync and the books ready for audit.

  • Give leadership clear forecasts, cash reporting and SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, churn.

  • Work with our US CPA firm on tax.

What we're looking for
  • You've built your own AI agents and automations for real work, using tools like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. We'll ask you to show us.

  • 6+ years in finance, with experience leading a team

  • Experience owning P&L reporting across multiple entities

  • Deep QuickBooks Online skills

  • Strong with SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, churn

  • Experience with Stripe reconciliation and US GAAP

  • You speak up, make decisions, and don't wait to be told what to do.

  • Clear, simple written and spoken English

Nice to have
  • CPA or CA

  • Experience at a SaaS company between $10M and $50M ARR

You'll thrive here if...
  • You lead the team and do the work yourself.

  • You know what matters, what can wait, and when to push back.

  • A fully reconciled month makes you happy. We won't judge.

  • Deadlines don't rattle you. Ambiguity doesn't either.

  • You communicate clearly, especially when things are unclear.

  • You can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it.

What working here actually looks like

High expectations. Real ownership. Things change fast and we don't apologize for it. You'll work with smart people who push you, a product that keeps getting better, and a team that's genuinely building something new.

We'll probably give you more to own than you expected. That's on purpose.

We use AI every day, across every function. That's just how we work.
