Build relationships with CEOs, CHROs, benefits leaders, brokers, insurers, and strategic partners; identify, develop, and close high-value enterprise opportunities; create commercial business cases; manage pipeline and revenue targets; and expand programs across employees and families. Myant Health is building a new model of healthcare, one that moves care from episodic visits to continuous, connected prevention.  We combine textile computing, wearable technology, software, clinical care and data to help people understand their health earlier, access care more easily and live younger, longer.

We are looking for a Director, Employer Sales who knows how to open doors, build relationships at the highest levels and turn a compelling healthcare proposition into major enterprise partnerships.

This is not an account-management role. We are looking for a hunter. Someone who already has a strong network across Canadian employers, benefits, health and wellness, and who gets excited by the opportunity to build something that does not yet exist at scale.

The Opportunity

You will lead the growth of Myant Health's Best Employer Program, working directly with Canadian employers to bring better health access to employees and their families.

You will engage with CEOs, CHROs, Total Rewards leaders, benefits leaders and other senior decision-makers to show them how a proactive health platform can improve employee health, engagement and retention while creating measurable value for the organization.

Myant Health brings together connected health technology, clinical programs, cardiology, preventive care and family health into one experience, giving employers a way to support their people before health issues become costly or disruptive.

The opportunity is bigger than selling a wellness benefit. One strong employer relationship can bring thousands of employees and family members into the Myant Health ecosystem. You will be one of the people responsible for making that happen.

What You'll Own
  • Build and execute a national employer business development strategy.
  • Personally identify, open and close high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with C-suite, CHRO, Total Rewards, benefits and occupational-health decision-makers.
  • Build a strong pipeline of target employers across industries where employee health, productivity, absenteeism and benefits costs are significant business issues.
  • Develop compelling commercial cases that connect Myant Health programs to employer outcomes.
  • Build relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, insurers and strategic partners that can accelerate distribution.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Myant Health programs across employees and their families.
  • Work closely with clinical, product, marketing and commercial operations teams to turn customer needs into successful programs.
  • Own your number, your pipeline and your plan, from first conversation through signed agreement and expansion.
  • Bring market intelligence back into Myant Health and help shape how we take this category to market.
What We're Looking For

You have 8–15 years of successful business development or enterprise sales experience in areas such as:

  • Employee benefits
  • Employer health and wellness
  • Executive health
  • Occupational health
  • Digital health or virtual care
  • Healthcare services
  • Benefits consulting or brokerage
  • Insurance or health benefits
  • Enterprise healthcare technology

You have personally won significant employer accounts, not simply inherited and managed them.  You know how to get a meeting with a senior decision-maker, understand the business problem behind the meeting and build a commercial case strong enough to move an organization to action.

You can speak comfortably with a CHRO, CFO, CEO, benefits leader and broker,  and you understand that different stakeholders need different reasons to say yes.

You Are a Hunter If...
  • You can name the major accounts you personally opened.
  • You have a Rolodex that actually answers your calls.
  • You are energized by a blank territory rather than intimidated by it.
  • You create opportunities rather than waiting for leads.
  • You know how to sell an outcome, not just a product.
  • You can build the business case, not just deliver the pitch.
  • You are comfortable owning a number and being accountable for it.
  • You have the persistence to stay with a complex enterprise sale until it closes.
  • You want to build a market — not simply manage one.
Ready to Build Something?

If you have the relationships, the commercial instincts and the drive to build a new category in employer health, we want to hear from you.

Come help us make cardiometabolic disease a one-generation disease, and help people live younger, longer.

Why Myant Health:

This is an opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help create a category. You will have direct access to senior leadership, significant autonomy and the opportunity to build a major commercial channel from the ground up. You will also be selling something that matters.

The product is not simply a device or software subscription. It is earlier detection, better access to care, healthier employees and more connected families.

Our mission is simple:

Live younger, longer.

H.E.A.R.T.

At Myant, how we work matters as much as what we achieve.

H — Heart first. We care for every patient as if they were our own mom or dad.

E — Everyone, everywhere. We believe better healthcare should reach everyone.

A — Act like an owner. Build the plan. Own the outcome. Watch every dollar.

R — Respect. Treat everyone with the same respect, from the receptionist to the CEO.

T — Together. We win through our clinicians, customers, partners and one another.
