DIRECTOR, DIGITAL MARKETING
We’re building a high-performing digital marketing function to support our evolving business. As Director, Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing how we activate across our paid and owned digital channels. You’ll manage a small digital marketing team, working hand-in-hand with IT and marketing professionals across the enterprise to turn strategy into action and result.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves—guiding teams, leveraging data-driven insights, and embedding AI and next-generation technologies to modernize our approach to digital marketing. This individual will also have storytelling capabilities and content development experience to support the team in delivering overall marketing performance.
Core Responsibilities
Collaboration, Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Act as a trusted partner and connector across business and technology stakeholders; balance competing priorities and escalate risks with clear mitigation plans.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with group-wide business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across relevant channels.
- Develop and lead a unified digital marketing strategy across SEO, CRM, paid, and owned properties.
- Partner with IT and asset class / platform marketing leads to translate business priorities into integrated digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee editorial & channel strategy. Build and grow engagement and reach of existing and new corporate and, as appropriate, platform channels, through effective digital storytelling.
- Guide and influence media planning, budgeting, and optimization to ensure efficient spend and ROI.
Digital Properties & SEO:
- Drive reach & engagement by optimizing algorithms, SEO, and AI-powered platforms to deliver reach and engagement of owned and earned content to help shape QuadReal brand and reputation.
- Own strategy and performance of corporate and defined platform-specific web and social properties to optimize the customer journey and drive conversion.
- Lead SEO and content optimization strategies to increase organic visibility and share of voice.
- Partner with IT and asset class / platform marketing teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
Marketing Analytics & Martech Enablement
- Partner with IT and asset class / platform marketing teams to leverage AI, automation, and next-gen tools that enable smarter targeting and faster decision-making.
- Define and track KPIs across all digital channels, ensuring campaign performance is measured accurately and transparently.
- Track, monitor and maximise performance of owned channels (GA4). Translate insights into concrete actions to support QuadReal’s ambition to strengthen its reputation via owned and earned channels.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to enable real-time insights and optimization.
- Working with IT, execute on the enterprise Mar-tech roadmap to enable our long-term success.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:
- Define audience segmentation to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Drive analytics to continually test, learn, and optimize for conversion and retention.
- With IT, manage relationship with CRM agencies, and support on-going CRM efforts across QuadReal.
Leadership & Capability Building:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Establish operating models, toolkits, and best practices that scale across the organization.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for digital-first, data-driven, and AI-enabled marketing across the enterprise.
You bring:
- 15+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing performance across paid media, CRM, SEO, and digital properties.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent CRM/lifecycle platforms.
- Experience managing agency relationships and budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging marketing analytics, attribution models, and dashboards.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, marketing automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000.
Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
