About the Role
We’re looking for a Director, Data Analytics and AI to join our Technology team. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you’ll be translating MealSuite’s business priorities into a Data and AI roadmap & owning data engineering, advanced machine learning, and business impact while partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Experience to deliver measurable ROI.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and execution of the data analytics platform – Data storage, ETL, MLOps.
  • Build, lead, and coach a multidisciplinary team of a data architect, data scientists, data analysts, and ML/AI engineers.
  • Build and lead AI feature development, including LLM-powered workflows, RAG, and AI-assisted product experiences.
  • Lead development practices of predictive and prescriptive data models to help visualize and solve business and customer problems.
  • Own the database redesign, implementation, and migration to meet current and future scalability needs.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or both ML/AI roles including 3+ years of experience in leadership.
  • Advanced degree in CS, data science, statistics, or related field.
  • Experience with learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLM technologies & Agile tools Miro, ProductBoard, Jira, Confluence.
  • High-level skills in designing data architectures and pipelines.
  • Proven ability to productionize models and AI features.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).

Compensation: $152,500–$186,800 CAD per year

This role requires working onsite in our Cambridge, ON office two days per week.
