This role combines deep analytical expertise with strong business P&L acumen to guide planning, performance measurement & reporting, and investment decisions—particularly across monetization of services.

You’ll lead a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Finance, Analytics, and Corporate Finance. Your ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights will be key to influencing decisions across both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage a “P&L mindset” to scale KPIs, dashboards, and models to measure the business and identify opportunities
  • Leverage multi-source analytics to distill clear, compelling recommendations for senior business leaders
  • Own executive reporting and narrative—connecting financial outcomes to business impact and helping shape key decisions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years in finance, with deep experience in Customer Success or Services finance with deep P&L management experience, preferably in a complex, global, matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets
