  • Lead measurement, experimentation, and optimization across the media ecosystem — Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of analytics frameworks, models, and test-and-learn programs that improve media effectiveness. Guide the team in applying advanced analytics, AI/ML, and emerging GenAI capabilities to both structured and unstructured data, with a strong focus on campaign performance, attribution, audience insights, and investment optimization.
  • Deliver end-to-end analytical solutions — Lead work from problem definition and methodology through execution, validation, monitoring, and refinement. Continuously evolve approaches as business needs shift, new channels emerge, or performance insights suggest optimization opportunities.
  • Build a high-performing analytics function — Lead, coach, and develop a strong team of media analytics professionals. Hire and nurture talent with the right blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, and media expertise. Set clear expectations, remove barriers, and ensure the team is aligned to business priorities and enterprise goals.

  • You combine craft expertise with strategic thinking. You know how to move from business question to analytical approach to actionable recommendation. You are comfortable shaping measurement strategies that inform planning, improve performance, and support better investment decisions.

You have deep experience applying advanced analytics to marketing and media use cases, including forecasting, audience analysis, causal measurement, optimization, and performance diagnostics. You understand how to structure rigorous experiments and use evidence to guide decisions.
