    • Create joint business plans with partners to drive mutual growth and ensure alignment with YuJa’s objectives.
  • Channel Management
    • Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships - from initial engagement through performance tracking and renewal.
    • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to enable and support partner success.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Development
    • Drive channel and partnership-generated revenue to achieve assigned quotas.
    • Develop programs and initiatives that increase partner engagement and productivity.
    • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting of partnership sales activities and outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
    • Work closely with Marketing to develop partner-focused collateral, co-marketing campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
    • Coordinate with Product and Client Success teams to ensure seamless partner and client experiences.

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or channel sales - ideally within the SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling successful partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel incentives, and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
