Benevity is looking for our next Director, Brand and Communications, who will play a pivotal role in elevating Benevity’s brand and establishing the company’s leadership in the Corporate Impact category. This leader will craft and execute a strategic brand vision that builds category ownership, amplifies thought leadership, and fosters deep emotional connections with key audiences. They will oversee brand identity, thought leadership, content marketing, creative strategy, and AR/PR while driving alignment across marketing, sales, and product functions.

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving transformative brand initiatives in B2B SaaS. They thrive in a data-driven, collaborative environment, aligning teams and strategy with creative execution to deliver measurable impact. What you’ll do:

  • Position Benevity as the leader in Corporate Impact by evolving it into a recognized business category.
  • Align messaging and market positioning with brand strategy in partnership with Product and Growth Marketing.
  • Execute category-focused campaigns that drive market education and urgency for Benevity’s solutions.
  • Own Benevity’s brand vision, voice, and positioning to differentiate in B2B SaaS.
  • Transform storytelling to engage decision-makers, employees, and communities.
  • Align brand strategy with company objectives and KPIs in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Establish Benevity as a thought leader in corporate impact, CSR, and ESG through partnerships with the Impact Lab.
  • Amplify thought leadership via white papers, media placements, and speaking engagements.
  • Partner with AR and PR to build a compelling narrative and drive increased share of voice.
  • Lead the Creative Design and Content team to produce high-quality, cohesive assets that enhance brand identity and pipeline contribution.
  • Ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touch points.
  • Develop content strategies that drive measurable outcomes in reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Define and track key performance indicators, including share of voice, content-driven pipeline creation, and functional impact across design, AR/PR, and social.
  • Regularly analyze and report on brand performance, using insights to optimize strategy.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10-12 years of brand marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading teams in high-growth environments and transforming organizations to enterprise SaaS.
  • Success in launching category leadership and delivering measurable impact in a B2B space.
  • Global expertise in addressing diverse market maturity levels and driving market entry strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, execution, and measurement, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences, including C-level executives, analysts, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Expert at understand industry trends and client needs with the ability to distill information into insights and effectively articulate concepts and align the organization to address them
