En tant que Responsable régional des ventes, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’expansion de notre clientèle pour les logiciels d’entreprise à travers le Canada et les États-Unis. Votre mission sera de stimuler la croissance grâce à un engagement stratégique auprès des IOU, Rec, Muni, IPP et autres comptes clés. C’est votre chance de diriger des initiatives à fort impact, de bâtir des relations solides et de proposer des solutions innovantes qui permettent aux services publics de fonctionner de manière plus intelligente et efficace.
Vous serez également responsable de veiller au respect des réglementations, procédures et directives internes et externes applicables.

Votre impact

  • Élaborer et exécuter un plan d’affaires stratégique pour votre territoire.

  • Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités de vente auprès de clients existants et nouveaux.

  • Développer des réseaux solides en interne et en externe pour détecter des pistes.

  • Évaluer et qualifier les prospects afin de les convertir en opportunités.

  • Maintenir des données de vente et des prévisions précises dans Salesforce CRM.

  • Coordonner avec les équipes marketing, propositions et opérations tout au long du cycle de vente.

  • Diriger les soumissions RFP, RFI et budgétaires, en veillant à répondre aux exigences des clients.

  • Surveiller les stratégies des concurrents et positionner Hitachi Energy pour réussir.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, informatique, gestion des affaires ou domaine connexe.

  • Minimum de 12 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans la vente de logiciels d’entreprise.

  • Succès avéré dans l’expansion de la clientèle et l’acquisition de nouveaux comptes.

  • Solide connaissance du secteur des services publics électriques et de la convergence IT/OT.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et planification stratégique.

  • Expérience avec les outils CRM et la collaboration inter-divisionnelle.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Enterprise Software customer base across Canada and the United States. Your focus will be on driving growth through strategic engagement with IOUs, Rec, Muni, IPP, and other key accounts. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan for your territory.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with established and non-established customers.

  • Build strong networks internally and externally to uncover leads.

  • Evaluate and qualify prospects to convert them into opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.

  • Coordinate with marketing, proposals, and operations teams throughout the sales cycle.

  • Lead RFP, RFI, and budgetary submissions, ensuring customer requirements are met.

  • Monitor competitor strategies and position Hitachi Energy for success.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in enterprise software sales.

  • Proven success in expanding customer base and winning new accounts.

  • Strong knowledge of the electric utility sector and IT/OT convergence.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

  • Experience with CRM tools and multi-divisional collaboration.
