The Position

PTE is the organization that catalyzes the global development and execution of PT’s Digital and Operational Excellence strategy to enable PT to realize our performance promises. We aim to activate data citizenship and digital mind, revolutionize our FAIR data ecosystem and systems landscape, re-design excellent processes, and generate transformative insights.
As a PTE Business Product Owner (BPO), you will play a pivotal role in standardizing and optimizing the digital tools and technology that powers our digital operations and data insights. In this role you will serve as the Business Technology Global Process Owner for applicable digital technologies used for data insight in PT. This role will leverage advanced data technologies, and identify new industry trends within PT to enable foundational backbone.
The Opportunity:

You will oversee system access process / procedures including periodic review of user access lists. Propose and influence on changes to systems and data based on GMP’s, Business knowledge and understanding of data within the systems or database.

You will define strategy for maintaining and supporting systems and platforms. Lead or participate on interdepartmental teams, process improvements, or new system design and make informed decisions on software issues in collaboration with key stakeholders, abiding by system requirements

You will regularly evaluate business use of the software and training materials to ensure alignment according to intended use

You will lead or participate in global cross-functional User Group Forums including partners in DIA and IT. Influence and direct future innovation through opportunities with interdepartmental and industry collaborations.

Provides in-depth global subject matter expertise and support the implementation of the fit for purpose innovative solutions, including the information framework supporting the E2E process through the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Who you are:

You have a bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital tools and platforms management, basic coding knowledge, and understanding of UX/UI design principles. 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

You have experience with validated or controlled environments required

You have strong experience with big digital & data systems and technologies such as Snowflake, Dataiku, Tulip, MQTT and ThoughtSpot

You have knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA) and Quality Systems

You have a broad knowledge in Manufacturing(Clinical or Commercial experience) , or experience with Supply Chain or Regulatory
