JOB PURPOSE:
The Digital Supply Chain Planning Analyst is accountable for partnering with the North America Supply Chain organization to successfully deliver our business strategy.
The Digital Supply Chain Planning Analyst will represent Digital & Technology working with key business stakeholders and business process leaders to improve business processes enabled by data and digital solutions. This role will work closely with the Global Technology Supply Chain delivery teams to implement key global programs and programs in North America.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strategic and trusted partnerships across our business : As a key partner with the North America Supply Chain organization, the role works closely with North America business stakeholders to shape the opportunities for digital capabilities in the region to achieve our business goals.
- Business technology digital capability roadmap development: Co-create our digitally enabled business capability roadmap with key stakeholders and identify opportunities to achieve business outcomes through process optimization, digital solutions, and analytics. Shape capability demand, streamline processes and develop business requirements to meet business needs.
- Portfolio management and value creation : Manage an overall portfolio of regional and global digital capability initiatives, set priorities, and align with regional and global teams to successfully deliver value and positive business outcomes. Connect strategic objectives to execution and achieve results as a cohesive team.
- Provide subject matter expertise and future-oriented thinking : Proactively address opportunities in the external environment. Demonstrate expertise in process optimization and best practices to enhance our business goals.
- Partner across the Global Technology digital delivery, development, and support teams to implement capabilities and solutions connected to our overall business strategy and business capability roadmap. Share a commitment to teamwork and building successful relationships.
- Lead projects in the improvement, creation and implementation of best business practices and implementing digital solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery of results.
- Be a change agent and advocate for improving processes through digitalization and drive adoption of new ways of working.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
- Ensure that digital products, services, and solutions meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers to deliver the greatest possible value and impact.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of direct and indirect supply chain business processes and Norther America business objectives.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to deliver results together as one team with common objectives.
- Continuously learn and apply industry trends that add value to McCain's strategy.
- Create aligned and connected roadmap of capabilities and initiatives working with Global Technology and Supply Chain Business Functions.
- Demonstrate ability to set clear objectives, develop roadmaps, anticipate risks, measure performance, and evaluate results.
KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience .
- 5+ years' experience as a supply chain technology analyst or lead, either as a technology business partner with supply chain or as a digital analyst for supply chain functions.
- Proven experience leading and participating in delivery of supply chain planning solutions and systems in CPG, Food Service, QSR or Retail industries.
- Deep experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S4), advanced planning systems, and supply chain processes. Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) applications such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis or similar S&OP solutions.
- Deep business process knowledge of core transportation and warehouse management functions and experience implementing transportation management solutions.
- Experience defining, developing and implementing a digitally enabled capability roadmap in a global or large, complex company.
- Strong interpersonal skills working in cross-functional global and regional teams.

- Travel: as required
