As a Digital Strategy & Operations Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to input and drive Sanofi’s enterprise Digital Strategy, working with stakeholders across R&D, Data/AI, Commercial, and Manufacturing & Supply Chain. You’ll contribute to highly scalable strategic initiatives that affect all across our global organization, such as our innovation strategy, standardization of upskilling and culture, our agile transformation, and portfolio planning and budgeting. You’ll join as one of four role types in the Sanofi Data and AI Future Catalyst Program - a 2-year program that will provide you with an unparalleled opportunity to try different projects and learn about our different pharmaceutical business domains.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Develop detailed knowledge of Sanofi’s Digital portfolio of programs and products. 

  • Gain experience on a broad range of strategic projects based on background and business need (e.g. Innovation, Partnerships, Digital Strategic Programs, etc.). 

  • Research industry best practices and contribute to strategic and executive reporting. 

  • Build close relationships across the Digital team to support efforts in portfolio management, program management, resourcing, and budgeting. 

  • Design and support the facilitation of large strategic workshops to engage with the broader team and collect input on key priorities 

  • Contribute to recruitment and marketing efforts, through liaison with our Sanofi Canada affiliates. 

  • Use tools such as JIRA for agile project management, PowerBI for dashboard development, and ServiceNow for portfolio management. 

  • Collaborate frequently with all other teams across the Business, from Research, to Clinical Trials, to Commercial 

About You

Key Requirements:    

  • Experience with any or all of: data storytelling, strategy planning, project management, agile ways of working, business analysis, data analysis, data visualization, executive reports. 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tell a meaningful and persuasive story through reporting. 

  • Strong critical thinker with decision-making and judgement skills. 

  • Demonstrated leadership potential (e.g. through Student Organizations, previous jobs, etc.). 

  • Passion for life sciences and global healthcare. 

  

Eligibility: 

  • Undergraduate, Masters and PhD students who have graduated from their latest degree within the last 24 months. Undergraduate degree in a STEM field preferred, with foundational business knowledge.  Minimum GPA 3.0/grade B is preferred.
