Our Sr. Directors successfully generate and close new business opportunities, deliver industry presentations, and overseeing project delivery.
Our Applied AI Growth Leads seek to shape the industries we serve with new concepts and delivery models. Experience and role description:

  • Ability to develop and own Huron’s AI Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to drive revenue-generating AI offerings in partnership with Industry and Digital Capability Leads
  • Lead AI offerings sales and product development, from ideation to launch, pricing strategy, build vs. buy vs. partner decisions, feature development and post-launch improvement
  • Deep industry knowledge in either Education and Research, Manufacturing, or Energy and Utilities, plus proven ability to tailor offerings, solutions and GTM plans based on industry and effectively communicate to Executive-level stakeholders
  • Proven experience transforming business processes and deploying AI solutions in enterprise-grade production environments
  • Proficient in program and financial management, project delivery, client and team leadership and relationship management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 15+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale transformation; embedding AI into multi-disciplinary, integrative consulting teams
  • 5+ years of experience in AI product management, with proven experience developing and delivering Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLM), Generative AI and related AI applications
  • Proven ability to collaborate across matrixed consulting firm structures, building strategic partnerships with Industry, Capability, and Account leaders to co-create AI-driven opportunities, shape client pursuits, and scale differentiated solutions
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Flexible living locations across US and Canada

The estimated base salary for this job is $210,000 - $275,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $262,500 - $371,250 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
