Our client is a dynamic platform dedicated to delivering impactful and strategic solutions for publishers. They are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to execute high-volume campaigns across DV360, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ad Manager. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with clients to ensure campaign objectives are met. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and is passionate about delivering results at scale. 

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Ad Campaign Management: Execute and manage digital ad placements on platforms such as DV360 with a hands-on approach. Serve as a key stakeholder in campaign setup, audience segmentation, creative trafficking, and real-time optimization to ensure alignment with performance goals and budget constraints. Provide detailed reporting and actionable insights to clients.

  • Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta and LinkedIn. Manage audience targeting, ad creative, budget pacing, and A/B testing to maximize engagement and performance. Regularly communicate with clients / internal parties to review campaign progress and recommend optimizations.

  • Attention to Detail & Quality Control: Approach all campaign tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects whether setup, optimization, or reporting, are completed accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all campaigns are executed flawlessly and meet the highest standards.

  • Client-Centric Approach: Maintain a focus on client goals, ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with client objectives and deliver measurable impact.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Effective Digital Advertising Management: Campaigns are executed with precision, meeting performance goals through strategic budget pacing and continuous optimization. Ad spend is consistently aligned with delivery expectations, ensuring no overspending or underutilization of budgets.

  • Insightful Reporting & Actionable Recommendations: Clients/Internal Parties receive clear, data-backed performance insights that drive informed decision-making. Reports go beyond metrics to offer strategic recommendations that enhance future campaign effectiveness.

  • High-Impact Social Media Campaigns: Paid social strategies are implemented with structured content scheduling and well-managed ad spend pacing, ensuring consistent audience engagement and strong brand visibility across platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.

  • Client Satisfaction: Deliver marketing solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring a client-centric approach that drives positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Omnichannel Marketing Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, including email operations, digital advertising, and social media, with a proven ability to execute and optimize campaigns to meet specific objectives.​

  • First-Party Data Targeting & Segmentation Expertise: Proven ability to leverage first-party data for audience segmentation and targeting across various platforms, with expertise in data integration, campaign optimization, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations to drive personalized, data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Digital Advertising Expertise: Proven ability to independently set up, manage, and optimize digital ad placements and awareness campaigns, particularly utilizing first-party audience data to enhance targeting and performance.​

  • Client-Centric Attitude: Strong ability to focus on client needs and deliver impactful marketing solutions.

  • Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach to managing timelines and budgets.
